Xiomara Larkin has recently graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in History from Pennsylvania State University. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Policy. She is also President of the Public Policy Student Association on her campus and next semester will be a Young Ambassador Leader for the Undergraduate Research and Fellowship Mentoring Office at her school. She has previously interned with Congress and the Department of State and hopes to continue her work in advocacy and fostering meaningful engagement between communities and institutions at large. 

Xiomara is interning at Convergence this summer as a Programs Intern because she wants to learn how to foster collaborative solutions to help solve critical issues within our nation. Convergence’s mission of connecting individuals across the ideological and political spectrum motivates her to be apart of the team, as it aligns with her own commitment toward driving impact and fostering inclusive dialogue to shape policy.
