Convergence’s Sharona Shuster and Morgan Franklin is offering a half day training session for the Better Business Bureau’s international convening, entitled Phoe-Mix, of local BBB CEOs from across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The focus will be on helping participants learn tools and approaches to strengthen collaboration with one another and to share real world examples of Convergence’s complex and unlikely collaborations among diverse national stakeholders on issues of critical public concern.
