Beth is the Executive Vice President at Convergence and oversees the fundraising and communication efforts for the organization. Prior to joining Convergence, Beth worked for 2 decades across different nonprofits and associations in a variety of roles within development, including overseeing individual giving, conference sponsorship, and board engagement. Beth thrives off connecting with others and has a knack for building and maintaining relationships, leveraging and managing volunteers and other VIPS, and leading and managing teams.

Beth holds an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband and two young children.
