Jenn Dziak is the Associate Director of Development at Convergence, bringing years of fundraising and development experience. Prior to joining Convergence, she designed and implemented strategies to advance organizations working in areas of social-emotional learning, health, animal welfare, journalism, and democracy. At Convergence, she applies her expertise in relationship-building and strategic thinking to advance the organization’s mission.

Jenn earned her Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, reflecting her belief in data-driven decision-making and organizational efficiency. Based in the Florida Panhandle, Jenn volunteers as a crisis counselor, raises funds for children’s cancer research through the Great Cycle Challenge, and enjoys year-round outdoor activities with her husband and dog.
