Tay E. Bolling is the Founder of Bridge IR, an investor-relationship platform designed to help founders and financial organizations manage investor communication and better understand investor engagement. Her work focuses on strengthening the infrastructure of early-stage capital relationships through greater transparency, structure, and trust. She is also the Founder & Principal Consultant of Savivant Strategies, where she advises small to mid-market firms and non-profits on operational optimization, brand positioning, and scalable growth, with a focus on building strong internal systems and supporting leadership through structured execution.

She previously served as Director of Strategic Advocacy & Policy Operations and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, overseeing strategic planning, budget management, and operational execution for the Executive Vice President and Chief Policy Officer. She also worked in the equity research and execution division at Rothschild & Co Redburn in New York, gaining experience in capital markets and cross-border operations.

Tay brings a background spanning finance, policy, and strategic advisory, and is particularly interested in advancing economic mobility and strengthening systems that support long-term, inclusive growth.

She splits her time between New York City and Washington, D.C., and enjoys frequent visits to London.
