Jean Molino is the former General Counsel and Partner at McKinsey and Company, Inc. Jean has a long history and relationship with the Firm, where she has served on a number of internal committees covering topics such as conflicts and risk management, compensation, and governance. Before joining McKinsey in 1985, Jean served as General Counsel of Suburban Propane Gas Corporation, a U.S.-based diversified energy company. Jean is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York University School of Law.

Jean has a B.A. in Sociology from New York University, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, and a J.D. from New York University. Jean lives in Short Hills, New Jersey, with her husband (Greg Smith) who is a fine arts dealer and publisher with a gallery in Millburn, New Jersey. They have two sons, Danny and Alex. Jean enjoys traveling, reading, theatre, movies, and art.
