Pagona Stratoudakis Manologlou brings people together around shared work. She is director of network relations at State Policy Network, where she leads membership, external relations, and partnerships for a national network of more than 200 policy organizations and directs SPN’s national Litigation Summit. She is also the founder and executive director of the California Collaborative.
For over more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector, Pagona has worked across public-interest law, marketing, and organizational leadership. During 11 years at Pacific Legal Foundation, she managed projects on state and federal constitutional law and redesigned the organization’s national fellowship for attorneys. She helped launch Stand Together, built an international chapter strategy as executive director of the Ladies of Liberty Alliance, and founded the American Media Council. She later led marketing and audience engagement at Free To Choose Network and launched the California hub of America’s Future, building a statewide partner network and developing civic and professional programming.
A Bay Area native and lifelong Californian, Pagona founded the California Collaborative to connect people working on the state’s challenges and give more Californians a hand in shaping its future. Through ongoing conversations and convenings, she helps people with different perspectives build relationships, learn from one another, and find ways to work together.
Pagona is also active in the Hellenic community. She serves as interim president and executive director of the Politismos Museum of Greek History, as a trustee of the Pancretan Association of America Foundation, and on the advisory board of the Center for Liberal Studies in Athens. She lives in Sacramento with her husband.
