Rachel Fersh is the Senior Advisor to the Moderate Power Project at Third Way, a national think tank and advocacy organization that champions center-left policy and political ideas. She has served on the Convergence Leadership Council since its inception.
Before joining Third Way, Rachel spent over a decade as a strategic consultant in the American democracy space, advising on projects relating to cataloging and supporting the greater healthy democracy ecosystem, anti-authoritarianism, civic infrastructure, community growth and development, and stakeholder dialogue, among others. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics with a minor in French from the University of Pennsylvania. Rachel lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland where she enjoys coaching her son’s soccer team, making jewelry, reading, and trying not to have her heart broken by local sports teams.
