Jenna leads the Trust in Institutions pillar at the Rebuild Congress Initiative (RCI), where she works to strengthen trust in America’s institutions, foster cross-partisan collaboration, and advance civic renewal.
Previously, Jenna served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Policy Officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she spearheaded key policy initiatives and advocacy efforts across a range of critical issues, including workforce development, equality of opportunity, and democracy. She launched and oversaw some of the Chamber’s most impactful initiatives and advocacy campaigns, while also leading content and programming for policy events, briefings, and research efforts.
Before joining the Chamber, Jenna spent nearly a decade at Qualcomm, holding various roles in legal, economic, and policy capacities. Her work focused on intellectual property, antitrust, and emerging technology issues, shaping policy in an evolving global landscape.
Jenna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University and an Advanced Master’s degree in International Affairs and Political Economy from the University of California, San Diego.
