Jenna Shrove is Managing Director of AlphaROC, where she leads survey design, analysis, and development of AI‑powered public opinion products such as HingeVoter, StatePulse, and Capitol Pulse. She helps organizations anticipate shifts in sentiment early and with clarity.

She previously served in senior roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, including Executive Director of Strategic Advocacy and Chief of Staff to the Chief Policy Officer, overseeing operations for a large policy division and leading major initiatives and research programs. She later worked with the Rebuild Congress Initiative.

Jenna began her career at Qualcomm in economic and technology policy. She holds degrees from San Diego State University and UC San Diego and lives in Washington, D.C.
