At the November 2020 Leadership Council meeting, Convergence presented Representative Derek Kilmer with the inaugural 2020 Convergence Award for Extraordinary Leadership in Bridge-Building. Rep Kilmer has forged a unique record of building cross-partisanship and collaboration in Congress through his work as Chair of the House Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress and as Chair of the Bipartisan Working Group.
