Leadership Lynchburg is one of 14 communities participating in a national pilot designed to strengthen the collaborative capacity of community leaders by integrating Convergence’s collaborative problem-solving methodology into established Community Leadership Programs (CLPs) across the United States.
NCLC is coordinating the 14-city pilot, supporting local implementation, and leading shared learning and evaluation across participating communities. Convergence is providing the collaborative problem-solving curriculum, training, and ongoing support to participating CLPs.
Leadership Lynchburg hosted a press conference announcing its participation in the pilot and highlighting what the initiative can bring to the community it serves.
