Policy building philosophy shared with students.

Rob Fersh and Convergence’s board chair, Rich Korn, implement the values they learned during their time as a student at Cornell into the organization. The ILR school gave they a strong foundation for the work he’s done, and continues to do, through Convergence. “Building trust, identifying solutions, and forming unlikely alliances for critical national issues” are the values that Convergence is based on; Rob and Rich implement these values into the class they teach to ILR students each Spring at Cornell as the building blocks to a solution that can perhaps combat the distinct partisan split this country is facing.
